We have a race this time...

I should have stayed at home... LOL

This last weekend I should have just stayed at home.. my bed was so, so very comfy cozy.

Started off Friday night... We all meet at Jason & Nichole's for some early drinks. Sorry we Nichole, Colleen, Arron, Jason, Me.. Jen is taking the picture. Then it was off to dinner at a really cool Thai restaurant in Bellevue. After a great meal and some more libation (aka Thai beer) it was off to the the comedy club. But not before some comedy of our own, Jason almost left me behind in parking lot.... speed daemon that he his.. LOL

At the Parlor Comedy club the headliner was Bill Bellamy (photo) I have to admit some of the warm up guys were just flat out funny. And you could kind of tell that Bill Bellamy was working out some of his material, but it was all some funny sheet.

Lucky for me Jennifer had to get up early so she and I called it early at like 2:00am and the rest of those party animals kept on going.

Saturday was an early 11:00 brunch LOL Early at Wilde Rover (Irish Pub).. Berry Pancakes to die for!!! Sorry no pic's cuz they were gone that fast!!!I was then off to do some volunteering at Lance Armstrong's Livestrong Event and eat some good food at the Iranian Festival. LOL and no I do not have that much energy the two events were right next to one another at the Seattle Center.

Sunday is supposed to be a day of rest. LOL For me it was a 5K run for Lance Armstrong Livestrong in the morning. No George I did not meet Lance... George thinks I am celb stalker LOL. Then to church and a stroll around the Fremount Fair (Zeb / Venessa, good news not as many naked folks there this year).

Well this weekend was another one for the books.

Rob, Andre, Steve, Missy, and few of Missy's friends.. Mark, another couple all I went paint balling.. or as my cusin Missy calls it paint balling out (inside joke). I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about the hole paintball experiance...but boy was mind changed quick... esply when you have someone shooting at you.... YIKES!! Even if it is paint. LOL

As you can tell by this last picture I did not do as well as my nephews... Andre was his normal stealthy ninja worrier... while Steve was the bull rush king.

This past weekend.

Most folks on a Friday night go out and have fun.. not me. LOL I did laundry and went out to meet a really great golfer. I know most of you who read this are non golfers but some of you may know who Rocco Mediate is I had a chance to meet him. As I was so amazed with his batting it out with Tiger Woods at the U.S. Open.






Then Saturday morning I was off and running litteraly. I ran my fastest 5K very at Los Alamitos Race on the Base. A very cool spot, it was on a military base in Los Alamitos, CA.

Road Trip to Phx.. Valentines Day Weekend

Man I am on the late freight.. With letting folks know what is going on with me.

Two weekends ago I went on a Road Trip to PHX. Yea..I had to get out of town..Hey it was Valentines Day..with out a sweetheart.

Five hours later of driving and we arrived in Phoenix...and a few more hours of sleep. We were ready to start our fun in Phoenix.

Missy wanted to stop by and say hi to her Dad (my uncle) Rico. He can be a bit off at times, so it was a bit tence at first. But as you can see below all was good with the visit, no drama is good drama.

Then it was off to get hair cuts.. cuz we had a surprise party to go to that night for my cousins 15th year anniversary. The funnest thing was we did not know about the party. LOL
I still can belive Lizzet cut off all that hair.. YIKES.

Yesterday we lost a family member.

As most of you know, I have a very small family. And today we lost someone that was very close to all of my family.

Dexter sometimes thought he was a cat.

Dexter you will be missed and thank you for the joy and happiness you brought to us.

I do have other friends... LOL

Would you believe a good friend of mine thought I was a celebrity stalker LOL based on some of the posts I have on this blog.

I like to think I am far from that example.. I was walking and texting at Farmers Market in LA and literally walked into Kanye West. Stuff like that just happens to me, some day I might take my friends advise and write a book.

Well just to prove to George aka G-Money that I do know some other folks than celebrities. LOL I just wanted to show off the last few folks I was able to hang out with on my last trip (Colorado / Seattle / LA).

Jennifer – This girl can party like a rock star any night of the week. But this week was especially nice because it was New Years.

Greg / Christina – If you went out and handpicked your neighbors you could not find better ones. (Insert picture here...Greg is a bit slow on getting me the picture..LOL)

Jason / Nichole – I say this and no one belives me Jason is one of the smartest cats I know. Nichole can brighten a room just by walking in, I don’t think I have seen her in a bad mood.

Rodney – I like to describe our friendship “I have known him for more than ¾’s of my life”.

Well these are just some of the folks I call friends…..

Geeky thing I did today.
