Most folks on a Friday night go out and have fun.. not me. LOL I did laundry and went out to meet a really great golfer. I know most of you who read this are non golfers but some of you may know who Rocco Mediate is I had a chance to meet him. As I was so amazed with his batting it out with Tiger Woods at the U.S. Open.Then Saturday morning I was off and running litteraly. I ran my fastest 5K very at Los Alamitos Race on the Base. A very cool spot, it was on a military base in Los Alamitos, CA.
